In Reiki II training we discuss and learn the Reiki II symbols for the Power Symbol, the Mental/Emotional Symbol, and the Long Distance Symbol. We discuss ways to send energy and healing to the past and present. The Reiki II Holy Fire® Placement, or initiation (attunement) is given to each student which allows Reiki to be channeled/flow more strongly through your hands and the ability to use the symbols and send reiki at a distance.

Each student is asked to purchase a class manual if they do not have from Reiki I (used on Amazon is more affordable), we hope you take a read before class but will cover throughout. Training is intimate, immensely healing and each student will experience and perform a treatment.

Meet Your Teacher: Sheila Anne

Sheila is a Holy Fire®/Usui Reiki Master, certified by Krysta-Lyn Martinelli-Holak, Holy Fire®/Usui Reiki Master. Krysta-Lyn was trained by Julie Taberman Holy Fire®/Usui Reiki Master, who was trained by William Rand, the founder of Holy Fire® Reiki. This lineage honors the traditional teaching and transmission of Reiki through each teacher, connecting Sheila’s practice to the Holy Fire®/Usui Reiki tradition and its lineage of teachers.

Sheila is a Reiki Master devoted to cultivating healing and community through mind-body-soul nourishment. Her approach weaves together energy work, somatic awareness, and a genuine love for creating transformational spaces, which fosters an environment where students feel safe to open, explore, and reconnect with their own innate wisdom. Alongside her Reiki practice, Sheila is a coach, mentor, yoga teacher, and the founder of She Flows Collective, a women's wellness community on the Seacoast. She also leads annual retreats to Costa Rica with Krysta-Lyn, the founder of Summer Street Wellness.
