Late Arrivals

Our mission as a studio is that our community members enjoy the full experience and benefits of taking our signature classes. To respect the time of both our instructors and students, our classes begin right on schedule.

We ask that you please arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of class to get checked in and ground yourself in the studio. If you see the curtain to the studio closed and are arriving more than five minutes after the start of class, you will not be admitted into the studio.

Participating in the beginning of class allows our bodies to be warmed-up to ensure a safe practice, and arriving late is disruptive to those around you.

Cancellations

At Summer Street Wellness, we value your commitment to your wellness journey and aim to provide a seamless experience for all our community members. To ensure fairness and maintain our class schedules, please adhere to the following cancellation policy:

We ask that all class cancellations be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Cancellations can be made through the MindBody App. Emails/calls will not be accepted in terms of cancellation.

Teens Policies

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign all required waivers and consent forms prior to participation.

Participants ages 13–15 may be required to have a parent or guardian remain onsite or participate in class, depending on the nature and format of the offering.

Participants ages 16–17 may attend independently provided a signed waiver, emergency contact information, and any required studio documentation are on file.

Participants 18 years of age and older are responsible for completing and signing their own waivers and consent forms.
