Pop-Up Pelvic Floor Yoga Workshop

Yoga for Your Pelvic Floor

Come learn about your pelvic floor and discover how it influences everyday movement, breathing, posture, and overall well-being.

In this class, you’ll gain an understanding of the pelvic floor + its relationship to the lumbar spine, diaphragm, and hip complex. We’ll explore how these areas work together and learn  to recognize common signs of pelvic floor dysfunction.

We will take this knowledge and join in a pelvic floor focused yoga practice. This mindful and accessible class will combine breathwork, grounding, gentle movement, intentional strengthening and restorative poses to bring awareness to the pelvic floor through movement and stillness

Designed to be accessible, nurturing, and beginner-friendly, the class will meet your body where it is. All are welcome to this class to improve their awareness and understanding of their pelvic floor.
